Two weeks ago we saw a notification that caught our eye: a legacy hospitality software provider was suing an innovator over \"Trademark infringement\".<\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/research\/stocks\/private\/snapshot.asp?privcapid=79746971\">Accsys Inc<\/a>, publicly\u00a0known as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurantmagic.com\/\">Restaurant Magic<\/a>, is suing <a href=\"http:\/\/upserve.com\">Upserve<\/a>, formerly Swipely, for using the words \"Restaurant Magic\" in a confusing way.
