Under Toast's model, the merchant paid $20\/mo for <em>unlimited<\/em> API access to third parties while the third parties paid nothing. We found some one-off situations, with some third parties paying an additional fee per site, but it was minuscule in the scheme of things.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then came the latest Toast partner agreement. It is perhaps one of the worst \"partnership\" agreements we have ever seen.
