Another week, another fee.
Cardpointe does the bare minimum to steal from merchants on this one. As with all fees related to Cardpointe, they give their ISOs a heads up and allow ISOs to opt out of fees (though not without other concessions.
Then you’ve got Global Payments, still mourning the loss of King of Fake Fees Jeff Sloan. Looks like they’re really trying to fix some revenue shortfalls here, but it’s nothing on the venerable Sloan who would often spar toe-to-toe with Shift4 to see who could inflict more damage.
And since Global owns TSYS, time for a TSYS fee increase too.
