We spend a lot of time talking about the industry from the merchant perspective but that doesn’t mean other people don’t suffer with antiquated technology. We’re really keen on understanding the biggest problems those who resell payments – think ISVs, agents, and even ISOs – have with the status quo.
So we created a survey.
Our goal is to better identify opportunities to improve and create value around the core payments offering. We’ve been using all the data science talent we have to work on some side projects, and while we think we’re on the right track we want to ensure our observations line up with overarching industry concerns.
