Great stuff Jordan. I think yet another area of 1+1=3 for this pair would be the Kiosk – stand-alone or tableside. OLO doesn’t manufacture Kiosks that I am aware of, but their customer-facing UI is 90% of the way there already and proven a million times over, far more friendly than even the best POS UI. And that avails even more consumer touchpoints for Puncch or any other Loyalty platform. I would also add that – here’s a real twist for the restaurant biz – BOTH organizations are actually extremely competent ! Who knew…
