It looks to be triggered on old Mercury ISOs (who Vantiv acquired and then Worldpay acquired and then FIS acquired).

Sounds to me like the best way to get NCR off of the WorldPay payroll. Obviously attrition is a big problem for Aloha and since they are pushing NCR payments, well….
