We’d bet, given the merchant’s MCC, the total balance of gift cards was in the $200 range.

You charge the merchant 10x to get a report of their own data.

We guess this is what things come to when you’re bleeding enterprise market share to modern payment players like Adyen and Stripe, and SMB to integrated payment software ISVs.
Frankly, we have no idea how Worldpay doesn’t collapse over the next decade.
